CLD PR SAFETY PROTOCOLS FOR CLIENTS

We at CLD PR thank you for your continued support, it means so much, now more than ever. We take your safety extremely seriously, and therefore have instituted the following protocols.

Our Building and Our Showroom Premises:

a. MASKS MUST BE WORN BY ALL GUESTS AT ALL TIMES. WE ARE PROVIDING MASKS IN CASE YOU FORGOT YOURS. CLD STAFF IN ANY GUEST OR COMMON AREA WILL ALSO BE WEARING A MASK AT ALL TIMES.

b. 6 FEET PHYSICAL DISTANCE MUST BE MAINTAINED AT ALL TIMES.

c. Disposable gloves, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be readily available and visible in client areas at all times. Of course we have restrooms on site, and frequent hand washing is also critical.

d. Plentiful signage is posted to remind staff and visitors to maintain the 6 feet physical distancing practice.

e. A strict limitation has been placed of 2 people per elevator cab, and staging for all elevator queues.

f. Additional and more frequent cleanings are taking place daily (throughout the day) of all high touch-point surfaces, including door handles and restrooms.

g. Security posted at entrance with sign-in. Only those who work in the building or have an appointment admitted.

h. Hand sanitizer also available at security upon entrance.

i. The parking garage directly under our building is open.

j. Security is actively monitoring our building during the hours are 7am-Midnight Monday-Saturday and 10am-Midnight Sunday.

k. If you feel sick or have a fever, please do not come in under any circumstance. Any staff member here whose role includes them being on site will be following the same guideline.

Appointment, Pull & Return Practices:

a. In addition to our normal offering of imagery-based pulls to qualifying clients, we will also offer Zoom, Whatsapp Video and Facetime appointments.

b. We will offer curbside pick-up for pulls executed in these manners (or shipping if you are not in the Los Angeles area).

c. If you would like to come in, we are also accepting appointments, and attempting to schedule them one at a time. As things begin to pick up, based on our showroom square footage (6,200 SF), we will be permitting a maximum of 3 appointments at a time. However, before double-booking, all attempts will still be made to space out appointments to one at a time.

d. Please limit the number of guests you bring with you to only those who are necessary, and please inform us in advance of the total number of people coming, if there are ANY in addition to yourself.

e. If you bring additional persons with you, they must also follow all guidelines in Section 1 above.

f. When stock/sample items come back to us (via client return drop-off or shipment), the following practice will be followed: All items will be unbagged/unpacked. All items will then be sprayed with Lysol Sanitizing Disinfectant (per CDC compliant list, where it is listed as an approved disinfectant for soft surfaces). After sprayed, items stay in back of house to for 48 hours. Items are go-backed to the showroom 2 days later.
